Staying the path: Day 13 - 21/09/06
Friday, September 22nd, 2006Not much to add really. It's been a long time since I had anything fried and I've got no urge to eat anything fried either. I had a dream the other night where I ordered a steak at a restaurant and pushed the serve of chips ("fries" to you Yanks) to the side of the plate when it arrived. Even subconsciously I can turn them down.
Day 13
Breakfast
Just Right Just Grains with skim milk.
Teaspoon of LSA.
Lunch*
Fantastic Chicken Noodles bowl.
2 Weight Watchers rasberry tarts.
Dinner
Chicken kebab with lettuce, onion and garlic sauce.
Exercise
30 minutes walking.
*During the day I’m also drinking at least two litres of water while at work
