Uneventful Day: Day 45 - 23/10/06

The cold virus continues it's dominance over my immune system.

Day 45
Breakfast
Just Right Berry and Apple with skim milk.
Teaspoon of LSA.

Lunch
Pasta with chorizo-based tomato sauce.

Dinner
Two ham and cheese jaffles.
Exercise
15 minutes walking.

What I thought was a hangover has turned out to be a cold. I'm flying up to Sydney a in couple of days, so it's fantastic timing.

Day 44
Breakfast
No breakfast. Wasn't well enough.

Lunch
Pasta with chorizo-based tomato sauce.
Glass of lemon squash soft drink.

Dinner
Popcorn.

Exercise
Not a lot.

Oh, the pain: Day 43 - 21/10/06

As I write this I'm nursing a nice hangover from last night. Ange and I went to a friend of hers to try out the pizza maker she'd bought them. It's an unbelievably awesome machine. I'll be getting one myself.

Two pieces of wholemeal toast, buttered with vegemite.
Glass of orange juice.

Lunch
Lamb Rogan Josh.
Two pieces of wholemeal bread, buttered.

Dinner
Six slices of homemade pizza.
Bottle of red wine.
Glass of white wine.

Not a lot.

Krispy Kreme

Well I've plateaued again. I'm still at 93kgs. I guess it's an indication that I really do need to increase the amount of exercise I'm getting.

The sharper eyed reader will have noticed I've removed any reference to water in my daily diet breakdown. I've had to "retire" my 1.25 litre bottle and replace it with a 600ml one. It gets filled whenever I'm near the water tap, so I'm not tracking how much I actually drink.

The new guy at work brought in four boxes of Krispy Kreme doughnuts today. I didn't grab one, but that's less about the diet and more that I don't actually like the taste of them.

Day 42
Breakfast

Lunch*
Veal Schnitzel Roll with lettuce, onion and avocado.

Dinner
Potato, egg and salami pizza.
Blood Orange San Pelligrini.

Exercise
30 minutes walking.

Thrown a shoe: Day 41 - 19/10/06

Friday, October 20th, 2006

Over the last couple of days I've had a shooting pain in my left foot. It only presents when I'm walking to and from the train station (and work), so I've had to stop walking up the stairs of my building. While relacing my shoes does have a small effect, it's not removing the pain completely. I suppose I could try not wearing Converse shoes for a while, but as the issue sticks around once I've taken the shoes off I'm not sure if it'll help.

Breakfast

Teaspoon of LSA.

Lunch
Oyako-don (chicken pieces with rice and egg).

Dinner
Salad with veal schnitzel.
Four Weight Watchers Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Exercise
