Thrown a shoe: Day 41 - 19/10/06
Over the last couple of days I've had a shooting pain in my left foot. It only presents when I'm walking to and from the train station (and work), so I've had to stop walking up the stairs of my building. While relacing my shoes does have a small effect, it's not removing the pain completely. I suppose I could try not wearing Converse shoes for a while, but as the issue sticks around once I've taken the shoes off I'm not sure if it'll help.

You know, the big toe on my right foot had pains when in certain positions for about two weeks recently, shoe or no. It happened when I walked or bent it.
It's OK now.
(I had an onion on my belt, which was the style at the time.)
