Weigh In #6: Day 42 - 20/10/06

Well I've plateaued again. I'm still at 93kgs. I guess it's an indication that I really do need to increase the amount of exercise I'm getting.
The sharper eyed reader will have noticed I've removed any reference to water in my daily diet breakdown. I've had to "retire" my 1.25 litre bottle and replace it with a 600ml one. It gets filled whenever I'm near the water tap, so I'm not tracking how much I actually drink.
The new guy at work brought in four boxes of Krispy Kreme doughnuts today. I didn't grab one, but that's less about the diet and more that I don't actually like the taste of them.
Day 42
Breakfast
Just Right Berry and Apple with skim milk.
Teaspoon of LSA.
Lunch*
Veal Schnitzel Roll with lettuce, onion and avocado.
Dinner
Potato, egg and salami pizza.
Blood Orange San Pelligrini.
Exercise
30 minutes walking.

skip the regular glazed, which are overpraised in my opinion, but don't pass up the jelly filled. oh dear lord they are divine.
